Giggle away the calories with the ‘Hoop Girl Workout’ the fun body toning class that really gets results!
The impact of the hoop coming into contact with the body massages and tones the abs, buttocks, thighs and arms burning upto 600 calories in a 60 minute class.
Larger weighted hoops are provided which rotate slower ensuring participants achieve easy success.
No experience necessary, mixed abilities and ages welcome come along and get hula-hooked!

Held in the Main Hall (Currently suspended - resume in March).
