    Hard copies of the application for hire of the premises, terms and conditions of hire, scale of charges, use of bar and Social Club membership are available on application to the Lettings Officer - telephone 01753 642250. Where time is limited however, on-line versions of those forms, in "PDF" format, may be downloaded after agreeing availability and terms with the Lettings Officer.
