Description of Accommodation
MAIN HALL
Size 13 x 8.4 metres with polished maple strip floor ideal for dancing and marked out for badminton. The hall is also fitted with wall bars for ballet use.
STAGE
The curtained stage has basic lighting and electrical outlets for everyday use. Flood and spot lights together with a sectional apron and steps are available, at an additional hire cost.

NED HARTLEY ROOM
This carpeted annexe, divided from the main hall by folding doors, contains the bar and is included in the overall cost if licenced facilities are required or the kitchen is hired.

KITCHEN
Adjacent to the main hall, the kitchen is equipped with a domestic size electric cooker, fridge, water boiler, double stainless steel sinks and plenty of worktops. Folding hatch doors open for service into the Ned Hartley Room. Cutlery, crockery and all disposables are to be provided by the hirer. 
HARDING ROOM
Size 8 x 5.5 metres with vinyl flooring, this room is reached via the main entrance doors, but is separate from the main hall. Used by the Sunshine Corner Pre-school Group during the day, it is suitable for meetings and parties for small numbers of young children.
With direct access to the stage, kitchen and toilets, the Harding Room can also be used for rehearsals or as a dressing room.
GREEN ROOM
This small room, useful as an adjunct to the Harding Room or as additional dressing
accommodation, has access to the stage.
CLUB ROOM
The Social Club's fully furnished carpeted room, open to members every evening, is available for selected functions during the day. Typically used for luncheon parties, meetings and funeral wakes.
LIONEL RIGBY ROOM
Part of the Parish Councils suite, the room contains a conference table and can seat about 20 people..................
ATTIC ROOM
On the first floor over the Club Room, fitted with sink and counter unit, this room is used on a regular basis by clubs.
With a capacity of 50 persons it is also available for casual hire and is suitable for meetings and younger childrens' parties.
